This is a special education teaching position that will primarily work with Kindergarten students in an inclusion setting with some resource classes. All applicants should have the required degrees and certifications.

Salary range is determined by years of experience and educational levels on the teacher contract's set salary schedule, which ranges from $56,143 to $77,643 for SY 2025/26 (prorated based on start date). Per the teachers' contract, newly hired special education teachers also receive a $3,000 hiring bonus.

90% of the single medical insurance (BlueCross/BlueShield PPO or HMO) and 100% of the single dental insurance premium costs are paid by the school district for full-time certified staff members. Additional board-paid contributions are made for those taking spouse, children, or family medical coverage.
