Job Description
Our premium brand automotive dealership client based in Pretoria currently holds a vacancy for an experienced Pre-owned Sales Manager with a proven track record.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBSupervise a well organised and profitable Pre Owned department.

- Directly responsible to: General Manager.
- Responsible for: Sales Staff, Drivers, and Cleaners.
- Relationships with: Other company managers, Service Manager, Sales Managers, Financial Manager, Parts Manager, Manufacturer, Suppliers.
- Conduct sales meetings, ensuring relevant information is available for business decisions, giving feedback on current performances and targets, allowing all staff to give input, discussing CSI results and action.
- Control all costs as per budget.
- Control debtors by achieving set turnaround time.
- Do financial, productivity and sales reporting accurately and timely to achieve expected norms and standards.
- Manage business activities hands on, interactively, solving problems proactively and evaluating productivity measures.
- Manage human resources by attracting, developing, and retaining competent employees, proactively addressing staff issues.
- Ensure all facilities comply with risk management standards through physical checks.
- Ensure sales executives are competent and receive appropriate training when needed.
- Create marketing awareness for the sales area, utilising customer feedback, direct sales, CSI summary, increased brand awareness, and marketing meets target market in line with manufacturers' marketing approach.
- Manage Lost Leads.
- Management and marketing skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Ability to manage and administer a department, providing organization systems and leadership.
- Up to date knowledge of vehicle legislation and trade practices.
- Able to motivate a sales team to achieve objectives.
