Portfolio Coordinator

What you'll doKeep the portfolio moving
- Coordinate projects across business areas, ensuring alignment with PMO frameworks and standards
- Track project progress from intake to delivery, identifying risks, delays, and gaps
- Maintain a single source of truth for all project data and reporting
Own governance and structure
- Ensure compliance with stage-gates, documentation, and delivery practices
- Support project intake, validate submissions, and maintain high-quality artefacts
- Drive consistency in how projects are managed across the organisation
Be the Asana expert
- Act as the go-to Asana Champion, ensuring data accuracy and usability
- Optimise workflows, boards, and reporting structures
- Support automation, clean-up, and continuous improvement of the platform
Support critical initiatives
- Coordinate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and OHS initiatives
- Maintain registers, track progress, and ensure audit readiness
- Support strategic and operational projects when needed
Drive insight and improvement
- Build reports and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility
- Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and governance maturity
- Coach teams on best practices and help embed strong delivery discipline
- 3-5 years' experience in project/portfolio/PMO coordination
- Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies
- Hands on experience with Asana, Excel, or similar tools
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross functional teams
- Highly detail oriented with a passion for structure and organisation
- A natural collaborator who can connect people and processes
- Proactive mindset-you spot gaps and fix them before they become problems
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment
- Interest in fintech, operations, and large scale project delivery
