Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME's, project managers and senior staff members Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders Monitor daily overdrawn printouts and undertake refers to reduce overdrawn accounts Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements Monitor and control branch OCS queues, SAD queues to reduce number of activities required to zero. Approval of all facility requests within LDA. Analyse facility requests outside LDA with recommendation to management Monitor / manage / close dormant accounts to increase retention of client base and decrease cost Monitor and manage the categorisation of accounts within portfolio and manage triggered accounts to ensure client portfolio is up to date.
