POD & Records Coordinator (Logistics)

Our Cape Town branch based in Airport City is looking for an experienced POD Clerk.

1. Collect POD's from the Warehouse
2. Make sure all PODS are accounted for according to trip sheet handed over by the sub-courier or RSU staff. If there is a POD missing, please follow up with the relevant party.
3. Debrief POD's
4. Splitting of POD's
5. Sort POD's
6. Scanning of POD's
7. Match all supporting documents to RSU waybill. These supporting documents must match what is written on the RSU waybill. If there is a shortage please contact driver, sub-courier and client liaison to retrieve the documentation.
8. Separate all paperwork, cleaning up all sides of waybills; put a paperclip on the multiple pages.
9. All PODS must be handed over.
10. Scan all single pages; make sure waybill number scanned in is correct.
11. When scanning multiple pages, make sure all supporting documents is scanned in with the main RSU waybill.
12. If there is a cross reference on the waybill, please save the original waybill number and the cross-reference waybill into the Master POD file.
13. Update the RSU system (Check POD scanned)
14. All PODS are to be scanned and kept up to date on a daily basis.

9. Proficiency in English
10. Grade 12 or any other qualification
11. Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in the logistics industry.
