PMO Manager - Global Energy Projects Durban-based International Projects Industrial Energy Sector

Energy Drive Systems delivers industrial energy efficiency and electrification solutions to heavy industry internationally. Following recent private equity investment, the business is entering a new growth phase with expanding projects across South Africa, Europe, and North America.

Energy Drive Systems operates in one of the fastest-growing areas of the energy transition, helping heavy industry reduce energy costs, improve efficiency, and decarbonise operations. The opportunity in this space is significant, and project delivery capability will be central to that growth.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong background in industrial, EPC, energy infrastructure, or technical project delivery.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and leading project teams.
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands on.
  • Commercial awareness and client facing confidence.
  • Interest in energy efficiency, electrification, or industrial decarbonisation.
  • Engineering or technical background helpful but not essential.
