Location:Namibia - half way between Omaruru and Uis in the north west.
Essence of the Job:Our Client is looking for a Plant Manager for their heavy Mining Equipment on a Drilling site.
EE:We prefer Namibian (cycle of 2 3 weeks on and 6 days off). South African and other nationalities are considered. Gender open. Race open.
Qualification:- Mechanical Qualification
- At least 8 15 years' experience in contract mining.
- Experience as a Plant Manager.
- Experience in specific skills in the maintenance of drilling Heavy Mining Equipment.
Vary on nationality. We aim to get between $10 18K. Expats will always get USD. We might have an issue paying a national in USD.
Benefits:Flights to and from point of hire and an 8 week on / 4 week off rotation if not residential. Good bonus system with two levels - 15% for seniors and 10% annual for lower level expats.
