Responsible for managing plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and delivery of production targets in a chemical/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily plant operations to ensure production targets are met
  • Set and monitor KPIs aligned to business objectives
  • Control plant budget and drive cost optimisation initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO standards
  • Lead and develop plant teams across multiple functions
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Manage CAPEX and improvement projects
  • Report on plant performance to senior management
Requirements & Experience
  • Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
  • 6-10 years experience in manufacturing or chemical plants
  • 3-5 years management experience
  • Strong knowledge of plant operations and production systems
  • Experience managing budgets and cost control
  • Knowledge of safety and ISO standards
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
