Plant Foreman

Bosun is a leading manufacturer of infrastructural concrete products. We work closely with professionals like architects and engineers to ensure the correct products are specified for the right applications.

• You must have a diploma or be a qualified artisan with production and supervision experience.
• You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• You will have to show that you can influence quality and volumes in a small team running small lines.
• The products that we make are high-value items. They must each be perfect. You will be trained and inducted properly on the products and the processes, but you must come with experience and skill.
• We are after a caring and committed person who wants a long-term position that he/she will become a master of and so be admired by the business as a whole.
