Ello Technology is hiring a Pipeline Engine Lead to buildand run our predictable lead generation engine.

This is not "running ads."

This is owning the full pipeline: traffic funnels automation cleandelivery into Zoho CRM.

Your Core Outcome

Deliver minimum 1 qualified lead per business day into ZohoCRM for Sales to work.

What You'll Own
  • Paidcampaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Weeklyoptimization (CPL, booked calls, show rate, opportunity rate)
  • Tracking& attribution (UTMs, GA4, conversion accuracy)
  • CRMhygiene (99%+ sync accuracy, near-zero unknown sources)

You are measured on leads, conversion, and data integrity -not activity.

90-Day Target
  • 1qualified lead per business day consistently
  • Clearweekly scoreboards (CPL-Q, booked, show, opportunity, close)
Non-Negotiables
  • Provenpaid + conversion optimization experience
  • CRMfield mapping & routing competence (Zoho)
  • Abilityto diagnose funnel leaks quickly

You cannot "learn GHL later" in this role.
