Clicks is on the hunt for an exceptional Invoice Picking/ Labeling Clerk to deliver service excellence to the Picking department through efficient monitoring of invoices and offering assistance to customers, leading to a positive customer experience. Position is based at Mahogany Ridge DC Durban.

• Support the Group's vision to be the customer's first choice health and beauty retailer by living and driving company values.
• Maintain updated knowledge on products, ranges, promotions and events to provide correct information to customers at all times.
• Update system on invoicing.
• Allocate stores-assigning stores to pickers per wave.
• Print and distribute invoices.
• Manage tracking board-update tracking board to ensure all sections are shunted per wave so invoices can be processed.
• Create orders, ensuring they are captured in RDC.
• Execute all operational activities in a timely, efficient manner.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and care when processing and capturing invoices.

Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being visible and offering a friendly and professional service.

• Basic maths calculations.
