• Lead part or all of the packaging workstream for projects such as bottle, closure, jar.
• Coordinate and manage delivery of packaging programmes on projects, considering materials, functionality, sensorial experience through mass production techniques.
• Develop packaging for small to medium new variant or brand projects, providing technical guidance to suppliers, marketing and component and colour qualification.
• Communicate with packaging teams worldwide to share best practice and support project development and rollout.
• Design packaging that meets supply chain, formulation, consumer, brand, regional and confidentiality requirements.
• Lead packaging testing activities, interpret results, make recommendations and build robust specifications.
• Work with different departments and suppliers to deliver against project network timelines, identify and manage risks.
• Lead and contribute to packaging strategy and other category activities.

• At least three years relevant experience in packaging development.
• Creative, logical and analytical mind to generate innovative design solutions to technical design problems.
• Ability to apply business leadership, prioritise impact of design decisions on cost, consumer and environment.
• Enthusiastic and self motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex engineering and design principles to all business levels.
