Personal Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to support the CEO of a growing company that helps transform innovative ideas into market-ready ventures for SME's and corporates, for approximately 30 hours per month.
This role sits at the center of coordination and communication. You will help manage day-to-day operations, ensure priorities move forward, and support the CEO in maintaining momentum across projects. In addition to administrative coordination, you will support with drafting correspondence, preparing summaries, and occasionally assisting with structured documentation linked to partnerships or fundraising processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive scheduling, correspondence, and inbox flow.
- Act as a coordination point between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Track timelines, follow-ups, and project actions.
- Organise documents and maintain structured records.
- Support research tasks where needed.
- Assist with logistics and travel planning.
- Draft and refine written communications and updates.
- Preparing structured notes or brief write-ups
- Assisting with funding or grant-related documentation
- Supporting communications linked to partnerships
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
- Confidence working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong problem-solving and coordination ability
- Candidates with backgrounds in communications, fundraising support, or executive assistance will be strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Experience with document and data management
- Previous assistant or administrative experience required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is an advantage
