Are you someone who can: Provide comprehensive Personal Assistance, executive, PMO, and operational support across governance forums, project and reporting cycles, system access administration, asset management, and business operations. The role ensures strong governance, BDLC adherence, accuracy, timeliness, and effective coordination in a fast-paced financial services environment. You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Qualifications: Matric (Essential) Secretarial, Administrative, Business Management or Project qualification (NQF 5 or higher) - Preferred Experience: 3-5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Support Administrator Proven experience supporting senior management Exposure to PMO, project, or financial services environments advantageous You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate. Key Responsibilities Executive, Governance & Reporting Support Proactive diary, calendar, and meeting management for PMO leadership and executives Coordination of PMO, SteerCo, CEO, and governance forums including agendas, packs, reminders, minutes, and action tracking Quality assurance of reports and packs prior to submission Maintenance of governance folders, records, and approvals Project Administration & BDLC Governance Support Administrative support across all BDLC phases and stage-gates Coordination and maintenance of project artefacts including business cases, charters, plans, RAID logs, test evidence, and closure documents Maintenance of governance trackers and follow-up on actions Support audit, compliance, and assurance activities Administration of PMO and project repositories in line with standards Meetings, Events & Logistics Booking and management of meeting rooms and recordings Coordination of venues, catering, workshops, events, and logistics Attendance at governance and operational meetings with minute-taking Operational & General Administration Processing of expense claims, travel bookings, and finance submissions Management of reminders, approvals, cost allocations, and effort splits Coordination of deliveries and internal communications Support to costing and approval committees Systems, Access & Asset Management Administration of system access via ServiceNow, IAG, and related platforms Logging and follow-up of IT tickets Asset tracking including laptops, iPads, vouchers, and inventory Maintenance of storeroom and inventory controls Incentives, Campaigns & Events Support Coordination of incentive campaigns and awards Processing of eBucks submissions and HR documentation Drafting and distribution of communications to participants Planning and execution support for internal and external events Additional Requirements: Advanced MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong planning, organisation, and attention to detail Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Professional, discreet, and resilient Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Apply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
