Personal Assistant: BM: SLS SCI Cape (George) (JG 06)

Location: George, Western Cape, ZA

What will you do?
  • Provide and deliver an effective and comprehensive administrative support service to the management team, as well as fulfil a first line client interaction point function.
  • Act as a liaison in the relationship between the Managers and the Advisors to enhance business continuity and support existing and potential clients.
  • Oversee the front desk and manage all incoming client interactions to ensure a welcoming and professional reception experience.
  • Travel arrangements (booking, transport & accommodation) for BM and other managers.
  • Events management - Regional training interventions, conferences & functions.
  • Monthly meeting management - minute taking, catering, agenda, presentations.
  • Arrange staff training interventions.
  • Diary management - reminding Manager of important tasks & deadlines.
  • Office and telephone administration, maintaining procedures and administration systems.
  • Typing, compiling & preparing reports, presentations & correspondence.
  • Monthly financial payments (SAP4/HANA & Staff reimbursements).
  • Order supplies & SRS requests/budget control.
  • Advisor recruitment and termination administration processing.
  • Contract revision & ad hoc REMS requests as per the approval framework.
  • Regional debt management.
  • Leads management.
  • Monthly feedback.
  • Graduate arrangements.
Qualification and Experience
  • Matric.
  • Certificate/diploma in administration/secretarial (advantageous).
  • 2 years' proven experience in office administration and/or as personal assistant, specifically in the financial services industry (advantageous).
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
