Permanent - Warehouse Manager - Cape Town - South Africa 
- Assist the Branch Manager with building and warehouse maintenance activities.
- Ensure efficient warehouse workflow and optimal day-to-day operations.
- Maintain and enforce health and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
- Oversee stock movement, stock control, and regular stock taking processes.
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to support business operations.
- Monitor warehouse processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehousing and logistics.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
- Project management experience will be advantageous.
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, and/or Supply Chain Management will be advantageous.
- SAP Business One experience will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
