Permanent - Field Merchandiser - Cape Town - South Africa

Reporting to the Regional Sales & Merchandising Manager.

• Ensure space allocation and location of merchandise is properly maintained and have the necessary materials and tools on hand.
• Ensure space allocations are properly stocked at all times.
• Ensure product knowledge, including best sellers, slow sellers and item codes.
• Work closely with sales representative to maximize space and sales in all stores.
• Meet or exceed all goals, duties and responsibilities monthly.
• Perform physical tasks such as merchandising and traveling.
• Utilize shelf space effectively, shape and stock display.
• Follow routes with maximum productivity.
• Taken photographs of each store visit before and after and send to head office.
• Submit call reports daily.
• Follow product planograms and display stock correctly in store.
• Report customer complaints to the sales manager.

• Matric qualification.
• Field Merchandising experience; experience with FMCG is beneficial.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 16:15.
