To coordinate, administer and provide support on all transactional people related activities. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Manage all general enquiries related to policy and procedures Assist employees with any benefits and pay-related queries Basic reporting & analytic capability Support annual People calendar activities such as remuneration reviews, OPR, etc. Initiate, facilitate new take on of employees, communicate with and guide new employees Resolve any queries relating to the take on or termination of an employee Facilitate all status changes, internal transfers, and inter-regional moves and terminations Support the access management process through use of online forms Provide basic analytics to support decisions that drive retention, engagement & performance Provide input into any project work relating to take on and separation systems Support People Business Partners with all relevant recruitment and vacancy management Process all Org Management requests -creating new positions, updating and delimiting positions Ensure Master Data integrity is adhered to by conducting quarterly master data audits Support annual People calendar activities such as remuneration reviews, OPR, etc Effective and efficient query resolution in accordance with agreed SLA Ensure accurate month end reporting on all key KPIs Drive PSI gap closures Ensure blueprint adherence and live tracking Manage all engagement initiatives for the team Key Attributes & Competencies: Track record of building good relationships and credibility with stakeholders Ability to solve business problems pragmatically and at speed assimilating issues and ideas into clear requirements, generating solutions based on own insight or learning. Strong communication, engagement and interpersonal skills to deliver impactful messages and influences outcomes. Attention to detail and accuracy Strong organising and planning skills Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks A bias for action and speed, and a track record of delivering in a resourceful manner Profile : University Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline or an equivalent experience.
