RedEmber Recruitment is recruiting a Payroll Supervisor for ourclient in the East of Johannesburg.
- Minimum 6 years offull payroll function, including reconciliations and Journals.
- Atleast 3 years of experience supervising a minimum of 2 PayrollAdministrators on the Sage 300 system.
- Experiencesupervising across more than one Payroll database of +-1500preferably in Mining, Engineering or Construction environment.
- Experience inimplementing payroll processes effectively.
- Excellent knowledgeof POPIA, BCEA, Severance,COIDA, and Tax Statutory Laws.
- Minimum NationalDiploma in Payroll Administration (NQF Level 5).
- Registration with theSouth African Payroll Association (SAPA) would be advantageous.
- Proven experienceworking with Sage 300.
- Advanced MS Excelskills (daily user).
- Ability to lead,supervise, and train a team of Payroll Administrators.
