Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting a Payroll Supervisor for our client in the East of Johannesburg.
- Minimum 6 years of full payroll function, including reconciliations and Journals
- At least 3 years of experience supervising a minimum of 2 Payroll Administrators on the Sage 300 system
- Experience supervising across more than one Payroll database of +-1500 preferably in Mining or Construction environment
- Experience in implementing payroll processes effectively
- Excellent knowledge of POPIA, BCEA, Severance, COIDA, and Tax Statutory Laws
- Grade 12
- Minimum National Diploma -Payroll Administration NQF 5
- Registration with the South African Payroll Association is advantageous
- Ability to lead, supervise, and train a team of Payroll Administrators
