Payroll Specialist

Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for a Payroll Specialist for our client in Pretoria.

  • Processes complex and / or elite payrolls in compliance with legislation.
  • Aligns clients to client standard processes and methodology.
  • Ensures all internal systems, tools, and efficiencies are set up and functioning optimally
  • Assists with complex and technical projects within Services
  • Improves payroll processes for the benefit of clients and associates.
  • Monitors compliance and initiates the improvement of internal systems and processes, implements payroll best practices, and identifies potential risks to clients.
  • Drives NPS scores by stabilising high risk clients through improved customer service.
  • Coaches and develops current associates guided by Service Team Manager's assessments and recommendations as well as on-boarding of new associates.
  • Serves as subject matter expert for technical enquiries.

Qualifications:

  • A diploma / degree in commerce / human resources or any related qualification / experience.
  • Experience in a Payroll Outsourcing environment essential
