We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage high-volume payroll operations within a manufacturing or commercial environment. The role requires strong technical payroll expertise, compliance knowledge, and the ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements / Qualifications:- Minimum 10-15 years' payroll experience
- Proven experience managing payroll for 500+ employees
- Experience within the manufacturing or commercial industry
- Strong working knowledge of MIBCO
- Hands on experience with Sage 300
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
