Payroll Compliance Administrator

Are you passionate about people and service excellence. We are looking for a Payroll Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance Team. This position is based at our Head Office in Cape Town, reporting to the Payroll Compliance Supervisor.

• To be 2IC to the Payroll Compliance Supervisor
• To mentor/coach Payroll Compliance Clerks in day-to-day tasks
• To check and validate all payroll submissions across the business units efficiently, on time, accurately and in accordance with company policies and legislation.
• To execute tasks accurately, on time and in accordance with payroll procedures, company policies and legislation.
• To check and report on application of relevant legislative requirements and deadlines dates
• To record all HR and Payroll administration accurately to enable compliance reporting
• Diploma in HR/Payroll/Business Administration/Accounting
• 1-3 years' experience within an Administration/Payroll environment
