Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a Payroll Administratorfor a client based in Brackenfell, Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:- Performing the full payroll function from processing,verifying, and reconciling of pay information, taking into account Legislation,Company Policy, and Audit requirements.
- Performing various reconciliations, which include theNational Bargaining Council Leave versus the Sage 300 People balance.
- Ensuring accurate payment of salaries and wages.
- Preparation of a detailed analytical review of the salariesfor the pay period.
- Explaining material variances from the before the currentmonth.
- Provide support to the Payroll Supervisor.
- Other ad hocpayroll-related tasks as assigned by management.
- Grade 12/Matric.
- At least 5 years in the same or similar role.
- At least 3 years processing payroll using Sage 300 People.
- Knowledge/Exposure to the National Bargaining CouncilCollective Agreement for the Road Freight Industry is an advantage.
- Experience with African payrolls and legislation isadvantageous.
