Job Description

This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for head office employees, supporting smooth operational delivery and a trusted employee experience. If you are available immediately for a 6 month contract, this role is for you.

What you will be doing:
  • Process monthly payroll for head office employees
  • Capture and maintain employee payroll data including new hires, terminations, and salary changes
  • Calculate wages, overtime, commissions, incentives, and deductions
  • Ensure compliance with PAYE, UIF, SDL, and other statutory requirements
  • Manage leave balances and respond to payroll-related queries
  • Prepare payroll reports and monthly reconciliations
  • Liaise with HR regarding contracts, benefits, and employee changes
  • Process payslips while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data
  • Support audits and statutory submissions
