Payroll Administrator
Job Description
This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for head office employees, supporting smooth operational delivery and a trusted employee experience. If you are available immediately for a 6 month contract, this role is for you.

- Ensure compliance with PAYE, UIF, SDL, and other statutory requirements
- Manage leave balances and respond to payroll-related queries
- Prepare payroll reports and monthly reconciliations
- Liaise with HR regarding contracts, benefits, and employee changes
- Process payslips while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data
- Support audits and statutory submissions
