Payroll Administrator (TES Industry)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage high-volume payroll processing across multiple client sites. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and strong compliance with company procedures, SLAs, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process end-to-end payroll for assigned client accounts
  • Capture and verify manual and biometric timesheets
  • Ensure accurate payroll inputs, deductions, and employee rates
  • Review payroll data and pre-posting journals for accuracy
  • Generate and validate client invoices with supporting documentation
  • Maintain payroll records and compile reports
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and payroll regulations
Minimum Requirements
  • 3-5 years' payroll experience within TES industry
  • DBit experience advantageous
  • Experience managing large, multi-site payrolls
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Solid knowledge of BCEA and payroll compliance
