Job Description
Our client in Bloemfontein is looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing, time and attendance, and ensure compliance with bargaining council requirements in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications- Matric qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' payroll experience.
- Experience with bargaining council compliance (leave, overtime, deductions).
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems (VIP advantageous).
- Proficiency in Excel and time & attendance systems.
- Process payroll accurately and within deadlines.
- Manage time and attendance records and systems.
- Ensure compliance with bargaining council requirements.
- Handle payroll queries, leave, and deductions.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
