Overview

Our client in Bloemfontein is looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing, time and attendance, and ensure compliance with bargaining council requirements in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications
  • Matric qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' payroll experience.
  • Experience with bargaining council compliance (leave, overtime, deductions).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems (VIP advantageous).
  • Proficiency in Excel and time & attendance systems.
Responsibilities
  • Process payroll accurately and within deadlines.
  • Manage time and attendance records and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with bargaining council requirements.
  • Handle payroll queries, leave, and deductions.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting.
