Part-time Outbound Lead Generator
Job Description
A structured operations consultancy supporting business in the hospitality and property development industry is looking for a highly skilled outbound lead generator to qualify and convert prospects, working from the existing leads database. Your main focus would be to make outbound calls, qualify buyers, accurately update the database with data and set up appointments. You must be confident, sales-driven and results-orientated. This role is available on an Independent Contractor basis working 3 - 6 hours per day working flexible hours.
Responsibilities- Making outbound calls (cold calling) to potential property buyers
- Qualify leads according to affordability and interest criteria
- Capture accurate information in CRM
- Set appointments for development consultants
- Provide weekly performance reporting and updates
- Grade 12
- At least 3 years' experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
- At least 2 years' experience in the property industry
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Organised and self-managed
- Comfortable working with targets
- Basic CRM or Excel proficiency
Performance bonus per qualified lead or confirmed appointment.
