Job Title: Patient Services Representative About the Company

America's leading consumer-healthcare company exclusively focused on tooth-replacement solutions. We partner with dental practices across the United States to deliver accessible, high-quality care to patients seeking dentures, implants, and related services.

Position Overview

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for delivering best-in-class support by assisting patients via phone and email, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. We are seeking individuals who are customer-focused, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

  • On-site position
  • Location: Constantia Office Park, Corner 14th Avenue & Hendrik Potgieter Rd, Weltevredenpark, Roodepoort, 1709, South Africa
  • Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 8 am - 6 pm EST.
  • 10-hour shifts (3 days per week)
  • Opportunity for future transition to full-time
Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide accurate, professional assistance to patients
  • Respond to patient inquiries via email
  • Schedule patient appointments with precision and efficiency
  • Use effective probing and objection-handling skills to secure appointments on every call
  • Support administrative and operations staff by resolving customer issues and performing database maintenance
  • Embrace coaching and feedback, consistently meet or exceed performance goals, demonstrate reliability, and adapt to change
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience (Required)
  • Sales experience (Preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using multiple computer applications simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues
