Technical Management and Development
  • Technical management of complex packaging projects for the group.
  • Development of new packaging for UK sites.
  • Global expertise in packaging materials and machinery to support the company's cost leadership ambitions.
  • Global knowledge and competence in packaging materials, concepts, production, filling technologies, packaging equipment, and environmental impact to create optimum packaging.
  • Portfolio manager of UK value engineering projects.
  • Development of new household (HH) packaging for the UK market, independent of site, in line with market needs, as required by category development.
  • Alignment with UK Pack Team resources.
Qualifications
  • Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or related engineering field) with experience in large projects (over £1M investment).
  • 5+ years of experience working in a production environment (packaging production, filling, blow moulding).
  • Fluent in project management tools.
  • Knowledge of packaging and packaging technologies.
  • Deep technical understanding of machinery.
