Responsibilities
  • Plan the development and effective implementation of the project, obtaining necessary approvals of project plans and estimates from stakeholders.
  • Ensure resources are engaged and committed both internally and externally.
  • Provision and ownership of a single critical path.
  • Identify the key stages, risks and issues throughout the project.
  • Monitor and report on specific project progress against milestones, identifying corrective action where results fall short of expectations.
  • Provide project summaries each period.
  • Liaise with relevant individuals to identify Print Development requirements.
  • Day to day process management.
  • Agree and publish detailed project information, budget and critical path with the project stakeholders and PM.
  • Monitor and report time vs plan and costs vs budget.
  • Report progress effectively and concisely, identifying key issues and mitigating action as required.
