We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to oversee day-to-day support operations in a high-availability telecoms environment. This role combines technical leadership, incident management, SLA oversight, and team development. The ideal candidate is hands on, calm under pressure, and confident managing production systems and client escalations.
Duties and responsibilities- Lead and mentor Support Engineers
- Oversee high severity incidents & escalations
- Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence
- Strong SQL (PL/SQL advantageous)
- Understanding of monitoring, deployments & SDLC
- 6+ years in Systems/Application Support
- 2-3 years in a senior or leadership role
- Telecoms BSS/OSS experience advantageous
