Job Description
Key Outputs

- Manage service, parts and product support operations
- Responsible for one or more key accounts
- Manage depot functions
- Drive after sales strategy, performance and achievement of After sales targets
- Drive profitable revenue and market share improvement
- Champion technology in the region
- Driving customer satisfaction in after sales
- Lead employee development in after sales
- Align with group diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Strive to achieve after sales business plan targets
- Ensure corporate ethics compliance and governance
- Attend monthly key account customer meetings
- Effective relationship management with customers, colleagues, centres of excellence and principals
- Effective self-management and performance ownership
- Create a safe and sustainable work environment and culture
- Perform applicable forecasting for parts and service revenue streams
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / finance or business management
- Post graduate qualification, e.g. MBA will be an added advantage of a track record in leading/managing people in a team-based & participative environment (experience in managing service operations in a critical supervisor role)
- 5 to 10 years' experience in an after Sales role
- 5 years' experience in a similar position i.e. centre of excellence
- 5 years in associated industries (Mining / Construction)
