We are seeking anexperienced Operations Engineer (Expert) to support digital retailsolutions used at point-of-sale environments. These platforms enable anengaging customer experience through digital product visualization, contentmanagement systems, and customer delivery applications used across dealership environments.

The role focuses onoperational support, testing coordination, process analysis, and ensuringsystem reliability across multiple integrated applications and systems.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Analyse business and operationalprocesses to identify clear system requirements.
• Review and propose alternative systemdesign solutions.
• Present technical solutions to theProduct Owner or Project Lead.
• Create and execute test cases andsupport testing activities.
• Perform basic SIT and UATreporting.
• Support and coordinate test casecreation with business testers and developers.
• Track requirements and ensure testcoverage across all testing phases.
• Ensure testing entry and exitcriteria are met.
• Assist with defect management andretesting activities.
• Monitor production environments andrespond to ITSM tickets.
• Assist with production configurationand application performance monitoring.
• Maintain weekly and monthly ITSMreporting dashboards.
• Provide operational support duringon-call and holiday rotations.
• Produce system documentation, usermanuals, and operational documentation.
• Support user training and systemimplementation activities.
• Participate in system audits andquality assurance initiatives.
• Coach and supportcolleagues when required.
  

• Strong understanding of SDLC andsystems engineering concepts
• End-to-end process analysis
• Test case development and management
• Modelling methods and techniques
• Strong communication and stakeholderengagement skills
• Ability to coordinate acrossdevelopment, testing, and operations teams

AdvantageousSkills:

• Knowledge of enterprise IT projectmethodologies
• Experience working with Agiletoolchains, including:
• JIRA
• Confluence
• X-Ray

Experience& Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in InformationTechnology or related field
• Relevant experience in testing,systems engineering, or operations support
