Operations Director - North West - Circa £90k pa plus bonus plus car

This outstanding opportunity is to run one of our client's largest plants in Europe. The role is "hands on" rather than an office orientated role but as the salary suggests, the client requires someone with exemplary leadership, training & man management skills. The main challenge of the role will be to optimise the efficiency of the operation in terms of uptime and running times against a backdrop of a largescale training campaign. This client seeks an experienced Operations Director with exceptional Lean Manufacturing credentials.
