Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company strategy
• Manage company budgets, financial tracking, reporting, and cost efficiency
• Lead project management (planning, execution, delivery, and reporting)
• Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and compliance measures
• Analyse data, conduct research, and support decision-making (including GIS/Python where applicable)
• Manage HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and team leadership
• Drive employee engagement, productivity, and organisational culture
• Maintain and grow customer relationships, manage contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Contribute to strategic planning, business growth, and innovation initiatives
• Identify new opportunities, support product development, and improve processes continuousl

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role (e.g. COO / Operations Manager / GM), preferably in a startup environment
• Strong understanding of financial management and performance tracking
• Experience across multiple business functions (operations, HR, finance, sales/marketing)
• Strong project management and strategic planning ability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage teams, systems, and complex operations effectivel
