Online Speech & Language Tutor for Adult with Special Needs

I am currently helping a family in the UK find a tutor or therapist for an adult female with special educational needs. They are looking for someone who can work with her long term, primarily focusing on speech and language, while also supporting other educational topics where needed. As she is based in the UK, the sessions would need to be conducted online.
