  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team as necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and update the database with relevant details.
  • Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
  • Basic technical knowledge to assist customers with common technical issues.
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or related role is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
  • Flexible work-from-home schedule.
  • Full-time and part-time options are available.
  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, may be required based on business needs.
