Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries promptly via live chat and messaging tools
- Resolve product and service questions with professionalism and empathy
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Meet response time and quality targets set by the client
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Ability to type quickly and accuratelyA patient, helpful, and professional attitude
- No prior customer service experience required - full training provided
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer
- Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
