Job Description

We are looking forIT professionalsto join a dedicated team supporting client transitions and managed services rollouts. This role focuses ononboarding, security tool deployment, environment discovery, and documentation, working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders. The ideal for candidates experienced inMSP environments, security tools, and cloud/endpoint deployments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate regularly withclients, onboarding teams, project managers, and internal stakeholdersto provide updates and recommendations
  • Performenvironment discovery and assessmentsusing diagnostic tools; document findings and evaluate security, performance, and overall health
  • Support thetransition to new managed services plans, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Deploy and configuresecurity and managed services tools, including:
    • Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
    • SOC/SIEM solutions
    • Web and DNS protection tools
    • Microsoft 365 security tools
  • Install and manage solutions such as:
    • Backup and monitoring tools
    • Microsoft Defender, Azure AD, and email security platforms
    • RMM tools (e.g., Datto, Kaseya)
    • PSA/helpdesk tools (e.g., ConnectWise)
  • Create and updatetechnical documentation, including:
    • Workstation build checklists
    • Employee onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Participate inhandoff sessionsto ensure service desk readiness and ongoing client support
  • Coordinate withvendors and third-party providersto resolve issues and ensure system compatibility
  • Manageservice and project tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution
  • Collaborate with teams to ensuresmooth IT transitions and secure environments
  • StrongEnglish communication skills(written and verbal)
  • Excellenttime management and organizational skills
  • Ability tomultitask in fast-paced environments
  • Strongproblem-solving mindsetand attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across functions

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft 365 services
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
    • Active Directory & Group Policy
    • DNS and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with:
    • RMM tools(Datto, Kaseya)
    • PSA tools(ConnectWise)
    • Email security (Microsoft Defender, Mimecast)
  • Understanding ofendpoint, network, and security technologies
Experience Required
  • At least1 year of experience in an MSP environment
  • Hands-on experience deploying:
    • EDR, SIEM, MFA, MDM, antivirus, and access control solutions
  • Experience withvirtualization and cloud platforms:
    • VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, or Azure
  • Familiarity with:
    • Microsoft Defender (email protection)
    • RMM tools (Kaseya VSA, Datto RMM)

  • Dark web monitoring tools
  • MFA solutions (Microsoft, DUO)
  • Web/DNS protection tools (e.g., Cisco Umbrella)
