To receive and prioritize emergency & non - emergency telephone calls from the public by dispatching the relevant emergency service providers.

• Answer and transfer incoming calls
• Basic contact centre administration

Desired: 1 - 3 years dispatching in an EMS contact centre

• Dispatching of vechicles
• Emergency Care
• Typing Skills
• English language (written and verbal)
• Geographical locations
• Telephonic and email etiquette
