About the Role

At our Kadina location, we have a vacancy for an Occupational Therapist and a Physiotherapist where you'll be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse clinical caseload, including assessment, planning, and delivery of tailored supports
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and professionals to support integrated, client-centred therapy
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, client reviews, and program planning sessions
• Maintaining accurate and timely client records in line with Novita's policies and procedures
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and contributing to knowledge-sharing across the organisation

Knowledge, skills and experience

• Ability to apply and evaluate a range of occupational therapy/physiotherapy interventions
• Skilled in adapting assessments and interventions to meet individual client needs
• Knowledge of strengths-based and client-centred best practice approaches
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital record-keeping systems

What You'll Need Before Starting

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Driver's License
• Strong commitment to client-centred, strengths-based practice
