Job DescriptionAbout the Role
At our Kadina location, we have a vacancy for an Occupational Therapist and a Physiotherapist where you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a diverse clinical caseload, including assessment, planning, and delivery of tailored supports
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and professionals to support integrated, client-centred therapy
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, client reviews, and program planning sessions
- Maintaining accurate and timely client records in line with Novita's policies and procedures
- Engaging in ongoing professional development and contributing to knowledge-sharing across the organisation
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Ability to apply and evaluate a range of occupational therapy/physiotherapy interventions
- Skilled in adapting assessments and interventions to meet individual client needs
- Knowledge of strengths-based and client-centred best practice approaches
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital record-keeping systems
What You'll Need Before Starting
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Driver's License
- Strong commitment to client-centred, strengths-based practice
