Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Managing the New vehicle Sales Team
- Selling New vehicles, this includes the following:
- Creating and delivering sales activities: i.e., prospecting, quoting and arranging demonstrations
- Promotion of vehicles and products by attending and hosting displays
- Building long-term relationships with customers and potential customers
- Be involve in the community
- The preparation and delivery of sold vehicles
- Responsible for all sales admin, including loading of quotes, trade in evaluations, preparing and completing the deal file
- Always be professional and comply to the expected NTT service levels
Previous Sales Managers experience in a Franchise Dealer (VW Dealership Experience will be an Advantage)
- Matric
- Driver's license without exemptions
- Excellent Computer and online marketing skills
- Good communication (oral and written)
- Interpersonal relations, co-workers & customers
- Well-presented
