This senior role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who excels at winning new accounts and driving significant revenue growth. If you have a strong track record of new business development, closing complex IT and telecom deals through in-person/direct sales, and successfully leading a sales team, this is the perfect next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on aggressive new business acquisition and expanding the client base in the IT and Telecommunications sector
  • Lead, mentor, and drive a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow the division's market share
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers through face-to-face selling
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure consistent results
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT/Telecommunications / Office Automation sales
  • At least 2 years' proven leadership / management experience leading a sales team
  • Strong new business development track record with measurable sales wins
  • Extensive in-person / direct sales experience (non-negotiable)
  • Engaging, energetic personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Willingness to travel as required
Remuneration Package

R basic salary per month + attractive overriding commission (highly negotiable based on experience and proven track record).
