ANEW Hotels & Resorts are looking for a National Revenue Manager to drive the total revenue performance by setting and executing decisive pricing, yielding, and commercial strategies that maximise profitability, accelerate growth, and unlock long-term value across a diverse and expanding portfolio.

This role reports directly to the Commercial Director.
The successful candidate will be based in Gauteng, Centurion.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a Revenue Support TEAM that services a growing number of hotel & resort properties.
Set Room Rates across all properties.
Build pricing strategies that balance occupancy and rate to maximise profit.
Develop a yielding strategy per property, across all market segments.
A proactive approach to rate management based on customer segment, demand, seasons, and events.
Support the Sales TEAM with customer/data insights.
Analyse market data and competitive pricing.
Maximise market opportunities.
10+ Years in a Revenue Manager role.
Advanced revenue management expertise
Strong systems knowledge (PMS, CRS, GDS).
Experience with Opera Cloud, advantageous.
Experience with IDEAS, advantageous.
Strategic planning and analysis
