Our Client Based in Sunninghill is looking for a Mobile Phone Repair Technician to be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

• Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and software (Android & iOS).
• Ability to use repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Time management and ability to work under pressure.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification in mobile device repair (preferred but not always required).
• Relevant training in electronics or IT is advantageous.

• Diagnose hardware and software faults in mobile devices
• Repair or replace components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and buttons
• Perform software troubleshooting, updates, and installations
• Conduct water damage assessments and repairs
• Test devices after repairs to ensure full functionalityMaintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer details
• Provide customers with repair quotes and timelines
• Advise customers on device care and maintenance
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
