We're looking for a Crane Engineer to join our high-performing team in Brentwood, East London. This is a hands on, fast paced role where no two days are the same-and where your work directly supports major projects across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key part of our engineering team, you'll play a vital role in keeping our fleet operating at the highest standard.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Servicing, maintaining and repairing cranes to ensure safety, reliability and performance
  • Diagnosing faults across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Supporting breakdown response to minimise downtime and keep operations moving
  • Maintaining accurate service records and providing technical insight
  • Working closely with operations teams to plan maintenance and repairs effectively
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and engineering standards
What We're Looking For

You're someone who:

  • Has solid experience maintaining and repairing heavy plant (mobile crane experience is ideal)
  • Can confidently diagnose faults across multiple systems
  • Takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach to engineering challenges
  • Works well as part of a team but is equally confident working independently
  • Holds high standards when it comes to safety and quality
