Responsibilities: Partner with senior stakeholders to support the Centralized Operations' vision and direction from the Citi Service Center (CSC) perspective Manage directors, or a large team of senior professionals who support multiple businesses and/or partners and ensure increased operating efficiency Provide strategic direction in running a best practices Operations Center, and daily oversight of individual managers in multiple major processes Oversee end results, budget, policy formulation and planning and significant contribution to future strategy Manage medium to long-term planning for transaction services area, and strategic initiatives impacting the quality of the business Ensure Customer Satisfaction through the delivery of customer service that meets or exceeds client needs Maintain an effective control and compliance environment in all functions and units Develop a vibrant talent pool and pipeline, ensuring skill sets and competencies align to the current and future organizational requirements Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in a related role Experience in Cash and Trade processing operations, functional and people management in a large operations center In-depth industry knowledge and skills In-depth knowledge of regulatory, compliance and governance requirements Solid understanding of other functional areas Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Master's degree preferred Job Family Group: Operations - Transaction Services Job Family: Cash Management Time Type: Full time Most Relevant Skills Please see the requirements listed above.
