Master Data & BI Development Team Lead

This is not a "maintenance" role. You are being hired to be a Builder and a Gatekeeper.

The group is midway through a complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance) implementation. Your immediate mission is to step in as the Migration Stream Owner, taking full responsibility for moving critical financial data from legacy systems into the new ERP.

Simultaneously, you will be the architect of a new "Centre of Excellence" for Master Data Governance. Currently, BI is outsourced; you will bring this capability in-house, designing the data models and Power BI dashboards that the CFO and Group Controllers will rely on to steer the company.

You will effectively be building the "single source of truth" for a multi-national corporation.

We are looking for a "Step-Up" candidate-someone with deep specialist expertise who is ready to lead.

• The "In-the-Weeds" Strategist: You have a track record of rolling up your sleeves to map fields and clean data (SQL/Excel), but you also understand why that data matters to the CFO.
• Migration Veteran: Evidence of playing a key role in at least one major ERP implementation (Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, or similar). You understand the pain points of cutovers and data validation.
• Governance Champion: Demonstrated experience establishing data quality rules and governance frameworks in a complex, multi-entity environment.
• Finance Fluency: You aren't just an IT person; you understand financial master data (Cost Centres, Profit Centres, GL Accounts) and how they impact reporting.
