• Welcome and accompany guests through a personalized and sophisticated wellness journey
• Perform a variety of treatments (facial, bodycare, massage) following protocols of our prestigious brand partners
• Promote, advise and sell Spa services and products to boost revenue and guest satisfaction
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and tools in perfect hygiene and working order
• Participate in professional training sessions on brand protocols delivered by our leading Spa partners
• Ensure strict compliance with ClubMed hygiene and safety standards
